BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION
In case of booking cancellation:
From May 1st to September 30th:
up to 14 days before arrival, the full deposit will be refunded (net of expenses)
up to 7 days before arrival, a penalty equal to the deposit paid will be applied
during the week prior to arrival, the penalty is equal to the total booking amount
From October 1st to April 30th:
up to 7 days before arrival, the full deposit will be refunded (net of expenses)
up to 3 days before arrival, a penalty equal to the deposit paid will be applied
during the 3 days prior to arrival, the penalty is equal to the total booking amount
In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount for the entire booking period shall be due.
THE TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE STAY AMOUNT AND MUST BE PAID DIRECTLY AT THE PROPERTY.
The following are exempt from payment of the tourist tax:
• minors up to the age of twelve;
• the person assisting a patient admitted to a healthcare facility (one accompanying person per patient);
• parents assisting minors under eighteen admitted to healthcare facilities, up to a maximum of two persons per patient;
• members of law enforcement agencies and firefighters staying for service-related needs.
The application of the exemption referred to in points b), c) and d) is subject to the interested party providing the accommodation manager with a declaration, issued pursuant to the provisions of Articles 46 and 47 of Presidential Decree No. 445 of 2000, as amended.
